As the email marketing specialist, I developed high-volume event-based email campaigns, lead nurturing campaigns, and created real-time personalized email blasts for a variety of mission-based products (ACRM Adult Cognitive Rehabilitation Trainings, ACRM Pediatric Cognitive Rehabilitation Trainings, and ACRM Archives of PM&R Open Access Content Journal Alerts) targeted at various audiences (members, prospective members, industry partners, and ACRM community groups). I led the development of all email campaigns, including designing, testing, and deploying emails utilizing various marketing platforms — SendGrid, IMIS, CVENT, Stripo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud. It was my goal to tailor communications based on campaigns within individual sections of ACRM's 6M business model (Mission, Meetings, Management, Membership, Marketing, Media/Products).
